CricRun Counter — Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the CricRun Counter mobile application ("the App") developed by DevNest Tech, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. App usage
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial cricket scoring. You agree not to misuse the App or use it for unlawful purposes.
2. No misuse
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the App, nor use it in any way that could damage or impair its services.
3. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DevNest Tech is not liable for any loss of data, scoring inaccuracies, or any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
4. Third-party services
The App uses Google AdMob and Firebase. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Acceptance
By installing or using CricRun Counter, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.
